EDIT at River North is an apartment complex in Denver that blends industry and design. The client wanted the complex to feel youthful, artistic and community-driven so instead of a traditional leasing office on-site, they placed their leasing office at a popular food hall adjacent to the property. My task was to create multiple instances of signage for this public space in order to market the apartments and encourage guests to engage with the EDIT brand.

To achieve that goal, I designed multiple points of engagement throughout the food hall. For instance, a 15’ wheat paste style poster on a brick wall within an outdoor dining area (pictured below) and a polaroid frame photo-op to further market the property on social media. I also created traditional collateral, like the tri-fold brochure (pictured below) and interactive postcards on the dining tables.
