EDIT at River North is a newly built apartment complex in Denver that blends industry and design. The brand is very young and artistic with an emphasis on community so when they were leasing, EDIT put a temporary leasing office in Zeppelin Station, a popular food hall just a short walk from the property. Our goal was to create multiple use cases of signage for this public space in order to market the apartments and encourage guests to engage with the EDIT brand.

To achieve that goal, I designed multiple points of engagement throughout the food hall. For instance, a 15’ poster wall on a brick wall adjacent to an outdoor dining area, postcards with QR codes on the dining tables, a full two-story glass windows beckoning guests to the leasing office and a polaroid frame photo opportunity to further market the property on social media. I also created traditional collateral, like the tri-fold brochure pictured below.
